Thank you for standing with South Africa to #StopTheQuarantines

An urgent call to action by CHD Africa and CHD Central to stand with South Africa, against draconian amendments to Health Act Regulations, resulted in hundreds of submissions via various platforms that put the South African government on notice.

Here are some of those submissions from around the world

LETTER 1

I strongly urge you to abandon the amendments that have been proposed to National Health Act Regulations or any other measures which would give the government unconstitutional, dangerous and unilateral powers, including absolute violation of the guaranteed Right of Informed Consent as well as many other inalienable rights.

I do not support the proposed Amendment to the National Health Act for the following reasons:

1. The amendments basically give the government power as if there is a permanent state of disaster. 
2. The only person that should have control over my health is me.
3. The government should never be able to forcefully quarantine anybody against their will under any circumstances.
4. Nobody should ever be forced have any medication administered or any medical procedure performed against their will.
5. Vaccinations should be optional, especially if nobody is held accountable for any adverse reactions.

These proposed regulations would allow forced removal, examination, vaccination, medication or treatment, isolation, detention and incarceration based on the flimsy excuse of “protecting” people and society. Such “protection” is, in fact, neither science-based public health nor public policy suitable for a society operating under the rule of law and dedicated to preserving the rights of its people. Instead, it is a shameful imposition of unjustifiable tyranny which will destroy South Africa as surely as it will destroy her people.

South Africa, having climbed out of one type of mass oppression, must not plunge into another equally illogical, destructive oppression.
The amendments are against the Constitution of South Africa and would never be able to be passed if there was a referendum.

I support those who refuse informed consent to the proposed amendments.

LETTER 2

Dear Health Officials of South Africa,

I strongly urge to make efforts toward abandoning the amendments that have been proposed to National Health Act Regulations.  These measures constitute a serious violation of the human rights of the South African People.  The amendments set a very dangerous precedent for South Africa, the African continent as a whole as well as other parts of the world.  This precedent must never be set.

Forced detention denies citizens the rights to due process of law. The mere suspicion of being infected with yet to be defined diseases, or allegedly having been in contact with any such person provides a procedure that can be applied to anyone in a very arbitrary manner, thereby depriving him of rights and freedoms recognized in most parts of the world today.  Even in a criminal proceeding the affected person enjoys the right to present evidence of his own innocence.

Forced vaccination, medication, or other treatment is a direct violation of the informed consent principle.  This principle was adopted primarily as a response to the Nürenberg trials in order to assure that the medical atrocities committed in the World War II era will never happen again.  Let’s not repeat this dark period of history!

There are better ways to promote the health of the population without infringing on the human rights of the citizens, such as promoting adequate nutrition to support people’s immune systems. There are safe traditional and modern treatments for those who choose to use them.  Please support measures that truly promote public health instead of supporting those that promote tyranny.

LETTER 3

Sir

I believe that you, acting as The Minister of Health in South Africa, propose controversial changes to the National Health Act regulations  and that these proposed amendments will give the you and the government tyrannical powers over health care autonomy and personal sovereignty.

These proposed amendments would mean that government could force people suspected of having any notifiable medical condition into quarantine, with forced testing, and forced treatments – including ineffective and unsafe vaccines. According to the proposed amendments, any person refusing to be examined, tested, treated, isolated or quarantined can be compelled to do so via a court issued warrant.

I am not even from South Africa and I feel so strongly against about the nazi style powers that you are seeking that I am compelled to write to you to let you know that what you are looking to do is inhuman, psychotic and an absolute disgrace.

The world is watching you and we will not forget you should you proceed with this desire for power over people. You should remember the Nuremberg Trials and what happened to people convicted there. What you want to do is what the Nazi’s did to the Jews and the mere fact that you have even thought about doing this to another human being (who you are actually paid to serve) is sick in the extreme.

Think carefully about what you think is possible.

LETTER 4

Good day

We are protected by:

• The South African Bill of rights section 36
• Declaration of Helsinki
• Nuremberg Code

This is yet another strategy/excuse to control the masses, allowing the health department/government to decide without any intervention – not on the wellbeing of the people of South Africa but their fate by destroying what they proved very effective during the covid pandemic. Businesses suffered and South Africans loss their jobs, income and businesses. Disrupting the education system renders our children deprived of basic education.

I am deeply concerned about the suppression of information given by highly qualified, recognised and caring doctors and scientists when is it different from the official narrative. Doctors are being targeted for placing their patients first and giving them the best medicine and not the prescribed treatments.

No informed consent, no one knows what is in these injections and what would be in future injections. The pharmaceutical companies are busy with the biggest medical experience in history, with the approval of every government SA included.  The duty of the government lies in the protection of its citizens from any harmful actions. Pharma made millions off the misery of our citizens.

The Covid measures undertaken were clearly an abuse of power and did not work, nothing would changes if these proposed amendments are instituted, and it will get worse. We as South Africans do not want to abdicate our sovereignty to WHO or any other institution.

Please heed the voice of South Africans.
